Anna University is a great place for engineers and research scholars to enhance their curriculum to great heights.
It was a great experience with the desalination operation and discharge of water in Chennai city.
Good. Many of the students are getting placements, even though we were studying in an evening college. My friend got a job at Ford Motors.
In our college campus, interviews are organized by the best companies like TCS, TITAN, and so on.
Campus life is extraordinary. I came from a village and stayed in the hostel for studies. The labs are excellent, and the faculty also helped me a lot. The workshops are also good and clean, with embedded and robotics equipment available.
I stay in a PG. Its a very good place in terms of locality. The food is very good there. They provide good room facilities and services for the students who stay there. Its a familiar environment to purchase a lot.
According to the NIRF 2019 ranking, it is ranked as the 9th best college in India.

Dislike

There will be lots of IT companies rather than core companies, and even food-based companies are fewer when compared to other departments.
Hostels are pretty good for the money we paid, but the mess food is terrible. We cant even eat the food they make. I give the food a rating of zero

One of the Best Engineering college near Kundrathur

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester itself, they become eligible for campus placements. Recently many students of our college placed in Sutherland, Qspider, Pentagon, HD Soft and many more companies. As per the profile, the highest paid is Rs. 30,000, and the CGPA of the student is more than 7. The students who have a percentage more than 70% are all placed. I am planning to join this institute as a faculty and loved to work in such a supportive and motivating environment.

Remarks:

Should have a UG certificate with you. have to pay Rs. 500 for the application form in the accounts section there you can get the application form in hand and we can submit it in the front office itself. They will call you for the certificate verification within a week. It's a smooth and clear procedure without any delay and waiting for hours.

Anna University is ranked as follows: The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs. ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT. It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange. College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence. Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. A valid score in the Distance Education Entrance Test is required for admission to MCA. There will be no better place to study MCA than IITs and Anna University. Anna University offers a good MCA program. The institution is as excellent as its staff members. The team there is extremely helpful. One can work on difficult projects, build algorithms, and present them. Anna University, as an elite and reputable university, provides ample opportunity to learn and explore. You can expect a reasonable salary of 3-4LPA, depending on your skills, knowledge, and work experience. It is also important to consider the company where one is placed.
