MK University offers full-time integrated BBA-MBA and B.Tech-M.Tech courses at the undergraduate level. 10+2 with PCM is required for B.Tech+M.Tech while 10+2 in any subject group is sufficient for the BBA-MBA program. Admission is based on the marks in 10+2.

MK University offers admission to MBA and MCA courses for the duration of two and three years respectively. Graduation in any discipline is required for the MBA program while BCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics is mandatory for the MCA program. At the Doctorate level, MK University offers Ph.D. (Full-time/ Part-Time) courses in various specializations. A Master’s degree in the relevant discipline is the desired eligibility criteria. Admission is offered on the basis of university-based written test and interview.
Candidates with Junior/Senior Research Fellowship sanctioned by National/State level research funding agencies are exempted from the Ph.D. Entrance Test. Candidates selected by a Committee constituted by the Research Department or Institution and appointed in Research Project are also exempted from the Ph.D. Entrance Test.
NET/ JRF/ CSIR/ SLET/ Project Fellow/ RGNF or any other Fellowship holders are also exempted from the Entrance Test.
