IIM Calcutta PGPEX-VLM Application Fee
Students are required to make a Payment of INR 3500 net (Non-refundable) towards Application Fees to complete the application process. They need to make the payment online by Debit/Credit Card or using Net Banking facility.
IIM Calcutta PGPEX-VLM Course Fee
Total course Fee of Rs. 13,50,000 lakhs have to be paid in five installments of Rs. 90,000, Rs.6,25,000 (includes Rs. 40,000 as Refundable caution deposit), Rs. 2,92,000, Rs. 2,92,000 & Rs. 90,000 through Payment Gateway (for IIM Calcutta and IIT Madras) and demand draft (for IIT Kanpur) spread over one year duration of the program. The first installment of Rs. 6, 25,000 (includes Rs. 40,000 as Refundable caution deposit) has to be paid within three weeks of selection.

IIM Calcutta PGPEX VLM FAQs
Ques. Will I have to pass the examination at the end of the Program to get a PGPEX-VLM diploma at IIM Calcutta?
Ans. Each course term of PGPEX-VLM at IIM Calcutta will have a continuous evaluation system based on pedagogy and can include examination, term projects, class interaction etc. Each course will be graded and the grade point average will be calculated for each term and full course. You will be required to maintain prescribed academic standards to complete the course. Inability to do so will result in dismissal from the programme as per the prescribed regulation of each Institute.
Ques. Does successful completion of the PGPEX-VLM program lead to an MBA degree?
Ans. A diploma will be awarded jointly by IIMC, IITK and IITM. The diploma conferred is titled "Post Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives in Manufacturing (PGDM for Executives in Manufacturing).” This is equivalent to other PGDM degrees offered by all premier institutes in India.
Ques. Are all students of IIM Calcutta PGPEX-VLM required to live on campus?
Ans. Given the rigour of the course, The PGP-VLM Program at IIM Calcutta is a fully residential programme for all students. So, all the students must reside at the campus in the hostel.
Ques. Will part-time work experience be considered for the IIM Calcutta PGPEX-VLM program?
Ans. The desired work experience to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the IIM Calcutta PGP-VLM Program should be full-time. Part-time work experience will not be considered for admission shortlisting.
Ques. How do I accept the offer of admission to the IIM Calcutta PGP-VLM Program?
Ans. You may accept the offer made for IIM Calcutta PGP-VLM Program by remitting a non-refundable admission fee of INR 90,000 within the deadline specified in the offer mail. If the amount has not been paid within the deadline, it will be assumed that the applicant is not interested in joining the programme.
