  • JNTUA has started a spot admission round of counseling for vacant seats on November 11, 2020. The candidates who have qualified for APRCET-2019 and appeared for Interview in JNTUA are only eligible to attend the counseling only.
  • AP ECET 2020 result was declared on 6 October. The AP ECET 2020 preliminary answer key was released on 15 September 2020. 
  • AP EAMCET result was released on 10 October. The examination was held from 17 to 25 September, For COVID-19-positive students, the examination was held on 7 October 2020. 
  • The first round of AP EAMCET counseling will be held in the fourth week of October; the second round of counseling will be held in the second week of November 2020. In the fourth week of November, seat allotment of the final round will be done.

JNTUA Placement

Placements are offered to the deserving candidates through their respective Constituent, Affiliated, and Stand-alone colleges. It performs various activities such as job fairs, pre-placement talks, seminars, and expert talks to acquaint the students with the process as well as the company’s profile. The University has also collaborated with several organizations to help the students in a better way. 

To look at the placement statistics of the year 2017-18, a total of 430 students were placed with various reputed companies. Out of this, 330 students were from undergraduate programs and 100 were from postgraduate programs. The median salary for UG students was INR 2.5 LPA and INR 3.8 LPA for PG students.
