Mother Teresa Women's University (MTWU) located in Kodaikanal is a university exclusively for female students which provides undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. courses in Arts, Science, and various other fields.
Admissions to Mother Teresa Women's University (MTWU) is conducted by preparing a merit list based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations for the various courses. For some courses, students have to qualify an entrance exam called TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test).

MTWU Undergraduate Admission 2023
MTWU offers a variety of undergraduate courses in different fields such as B.Com., BBA, B.A., B.Sc. and BCA. The university also offers a one-year B.Ed. course which is only available in Women's University College of Education affiliated to MTWU. For admission to UG courses, applications will be announced online on the official university website. Students can download the application forms online or get it offline from centers announced by the university. Students will have to pay INR 60 for the application form and INR 75 for the registration. Students can apply for their desired courses with separate application forms. After filling up the application form students have to submit or send it to the university along with the registration fees. Students will be selected on the basis of a merit list created by the university.

Students can apply for various PG courses offered by MTWU. The university has a plethora of PG courses available. For MBA & MCA courses, candidates have to give an entrance exam followed by interview. Candidates can give the university entrance exam or apply through TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Exam).
