Himalayan University is one of the top ranked universities in Arunachal Pradesh. It was established in 2013. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research level programs. This includes BA, MA, B.Sc, M.Sc, Ph.D. and M.Phil programs. The courses offered at Himalayan University cover more than 9 specializations at the UG and PG level.

Seats are allocated on the basis of merit of the candidate as determined by the performance in the qualifying examination.

Himalayan University UG Admission 2020

Himalayan University offers various UG courses in different specializations. Candidates should have passed 10+2 in the relevant stream to be eligible to apply.

Candidates who wish to apply for the undergraduate programs at Himalayan University may do so by downloading the form from the website, and then sending the form to the designated address.

Admission to the UG programs is done on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination. Selected candidates must provide all original documents for verification for final admission to be processed.

Himalayan University PG Admission 2020

Himalayan University offers multiple PG courses in different specializations. Candidates should have a graduate degree to be eligible to apply.

Admission to its postgraduate programs is done on the basis of performance in qualifying examination, i.e. undergraduate degree level. Selected candidates must provide all original documents for verification for final admission to be processed.

Himalayan University Ph.D. and M.Phil Admission 2020

Himalayan University also offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. and M.Phil research programs in different specializations. The minimum eligibility to apply is a Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant field.

Admission to the Ph.D. program will be made through the Research Entrance Aptitude Test (TREAT) and interviews as per Ph. D. regulation of the university.

Key points about admission:

Reservation is in accordance with the regulations of the Government of India.
For Ph.D., candidates who have already passed UGC (JRF) Examinations/ NET/ SET/ SELT or have M. Phil degree can directly appear for the interview.

Himalayan University Application Process 2020

The application process is offline for all the courses. Candidates should follow the steps specified below:

Visit the official website of the university.
Click on ‘download application form’ option available on the homepage.
Fill in the form accordingly.
The form must then be sent via email to the designated addresses.
All relevant documents and photographs must be sent along with the form.

The fee must be paid through a demand draft in favor of "HIMALAYAN UNIVERSITY" payable at ITANAGAR.

"BEST GROWING UNIVERSITY IN NORTHEAST"

Admission :

Appeared and clear personal interview and university counseling, then submitted my photocopy of documents with the original one to verify, done my admission process offline. The university maintains a smooth procedure for admission into any course. Fee can also be paid in installments.

Remarks :

I can give complete 5 out 5 for our university; some late decision is there in some of the cases; but its common for every organization;

"Best University Ever"

Admission :

I had given entrance exam and passed in exam. Then submitted documents and they verified it. After it they take admission. Admission process is in online. You have to fill from and have to payment. Payment can be made in various form like debit card, credit card, net banking and others.

Remarks :

I can give positive remarks but don't know about any negative. I think our College is best then others. Faculties are like our friends, the environment is beautiful, infrastructures of College is excellent.

"About My college"

Admission :

The College actually had entrance exam which i tried but wasn't able to clear out. But i knew i had potential so i tried the interview round for admission and they gave me one more chance to give examination and this time i cleared out.

Remarks :

College is good though few things were better than what i expected but still like there is always room for more improvement. And i hope that college will get better with time as in six months i have seen a lot of improvement.
