The faculties are very good; they provide all the notes that they taught in class.
Industrial Training is mandatory for our course, so there is no stipend, but our university arranges the best internship for us.
The placements from our college are average. Almost 55% of students get placements in campus interviews. Others do not qualify in the campus. Some of our college teachers are members of our college placement cell. They try their best for every students placements.
At the time of admission, Adamas University provides a good or sufficient amount of scholarship to the students who come to study there with a minimum percentage of 80. I have not availed any loan facility yet.
I think campus life is the best thing at our university. There are so many things to do and learn on campus.
I am not residing in the hostel, but the hostel here is awesome. The rooms are provided on a sharing basis and are air-conditioned. The food provided in the hostel is also very good.
They have great rankings from many reputed institutions such as TOI, ABP, World Education Congress, I Gauge, Telegraph, etc., and the best ranking in East India.

Dislike

Im studying BA Journalism and Mass Communication because I want to be a blog editor. Some professors teach very well, while others dont. People from states other than Bengal often suffer with the language. Being a global institute, its a disappointment.

Review for Best Private University in Kolkata

Placement Experience:

The placement offered to the English postgrads are for the content creator job role and soft skill trainer. The salary package starts with 1.5 - 2.5 LPA. The highest offered is 3 LPA. The visiting companies offer roles in the PAN India location.

Remarks:

The eligibility criteria for M.A. in English is a minimum of 50% marks in graduation. The application form was available online. The selected candidates are allowed to appear for the entrance exam. The university has no reservation benefits. Only early bird applicants are given a discount on the course fees. The final selected candidates who pass the exam are called in for further admission process.

Exploring college life

Placement Experience:

Many students have got placements in good companies in the last 2 years with a sufficient package. Final and pre-final semester students can apply for placement drives. You may opt for higher studies too.

Remarks:

I applied at Adamas university for Bsc Biochemistry in Feb2020 and there was an entrance exam on April 2020 conducted online due to COVID. I passed the entrance exam and got admission. I also availed a Chancellor's Covid Amphan scholarship
