The curriculum of the college is designed to tell us everything about the coding language and impart us with all the basics and advanced levels of coding and programming languages.
If you are involved in any kind of research, you can skip the internship after providing your research status to the concerned faculty and placement committee.
I am glad that the college promotes and engages the students to learn, study, and excel in their own abilities.
I will help you avail all job opportunities on campus and ensure they are good as well.
There is fun like we can play a lot, roam around the campus and outside, hiking at a nearby hill which is awesome.
The hostel wardens are cooperative and friendly, and due to the hostel staff, the hostel decorum is well maintained.
The best thing about our course is that it is a very interrelated subject that covers various other domains of engineering like IT and Electrical Engineering.

Dislike

The only drawback of the college is its placement in comparison to other IIITs. The colleges placement percentage is very low; it hardly reaches the 75% mark.
The food in our mess is very bad; we think its not worth our fee.
The college takes admission through the JEE Main exam by counseling through the JoSAA and CSAB with CRL rank under 55000. There are no reservations.

IIIT Manipur review/insights

Placement Experience:

Placement is increasing every year this year the average package was 9.9lakh per annum and the highest was 45.64 lakh per annum student also scored nice ranks in the gate exam and many of the students of IIIT Manipur are in it's doing their MTech so there is no issue of placement

Remarks:

As the Indian institute of information technology, Manipur is an institute of national importance So in order to get admission a student has to clear the national level exam called (jee mains)joint entrance exam and participate in jossa and cab counseling
