SRM Institute of Science and Technology Ramapuram Campus offers 4-year full-time B.Tech. course under six major specializations. The minimum eligibility to apply for the course is having passed HSC Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate having chemistry, biology or mathematics, physics as main subjects.
The minimum required eligibility for M.Tech is the candidate should have passed B.E. or B.Tech. programs from a recognized university. Candidates are shortlisted B.Tech & M.Tech. on the basis of marks scored in SRMJEEE (UG) and SRMJEEE (PG) entrance exam, respectively.

Three-year full-time B.Com., BBA, BCA, B.Sc. and B.Arch. programs are offered by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology Ramapuram Campus. The minimum eligibility to apply for B.Com., BCA, B.Sc., B.Arch. and BBA course is having passed 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks or equivalent.
