IIIT Kottayam offers a four-year B.Tech program in three specializations, namely Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), and Cyber Security (CS). IIIT Kottayam B.Tech/MS Eligibility Criteria:
- Higher Secondary qualified candidates will be eligible for admission to the course.
- Minimum 50% marks should be secured in the final examination.
- Students appearing for the final examination can apply for admission to the course.
IIIT Kottayam B.Tech/MS Selection Criteria:
- Selection will be based on the marks secured in JEE Mains and performance in the higher secondary examination.
- The initial payment for the first semester shall be Rs. 99,000/- as tuition fee, Rs 23,100/- as hostel fee, Rs. 21,000/- as mess advance & Rs. 874 as medical insurance.
- Engineering, Professional Major and Electives and distributed over eight/ ten semesters.
- Applicants also have to fulfill the medical standards required for admission.
