- I chose this course because I wanted to pursue computer science and engineering at an institute of national importance. The faculty-student ratio is 1:100, and all the faculty members have PhDs from very good institutes. The teaching method is also very good.
- Internship opportunities are not as good as placements, but you can still find them off-campus.
- At the time, placement was not as good in the mechanical stream, but it was very good in computer science and electronics & telecommunication.
- If you want to choose IIIT with minimum fees, then IIITDMJ is one of the best colleges.
- The campus life is not the best compared to IITs and NITs, but it is not dissatisfying.
- Yeah, its okay, but our college, Pandit Dwarka Prasad Mishra Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, provides a very good hostel with almost all the facilities.
- Eligibility for the 4-year course is JEE Mains; site: JoSAA. Yes, reservations have helped a lot of students. No, there has been no improvement. Counselling is very good, and the placement of this college is also very good. This year, almost every student got placed.
Dislike
- The course curriculum for the BTech CSE program at IIITDM Jabalpur is comprehensive; however, it can be considered a bit outdated.
- Being a third-year student, I can say that our college is lagging a bit in terms of internships.
- The gender ratio in our branch was very poor, with only 3 girls out of around 52 students.
- Someday, the central mess will offer you food that you wont even want to touch!
- This college is pathetic and most bogus in the country, and the government should reconsider its decision to label it as a IIIT and a Deemed university.

Placement Experience:
from 6 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. the major companies visited here are Amazon, Goldman shacs, Wipro, grow, etc. amazon provided 44 lpa packages to around 20 students this year. the highest off-campus placement made was 88 lpa domestic . 2 cr international. around 80 percent of students were placed.
Remarks:
Admission to this institute is through JEE( joint entrance examination ) mains through jossa counseling you can apply for this institute. the cut-off of general category just to enter this institute is approx 94+ percentile through CSAB counseling but if you want CSE or ECE department here you have to score at least 97.5+ percentile. In this institute you can also apply for B.Des (Bachelor of Design) by the examination named UCEED.
Placement Experience:
4th-year students are eligible for campus placements. this year amazon visited and did a mass recruitment of 27 students. the highest package was 43 lpa and the average is 22 lpa. in cse if you are sitting for placement, 99% will get it. but for other branches, placements are not good. I will work as sde in a company.

I got admission by jee mains exam. I applied for josaa and csab and got into this college. You should have your rank around 13000 crl if you belong to general and want admission in cse. you will receive the application form through the website of the college and they will upload it during the admission period after csab rounds. there are reserved benefits for sc/st/obc/ews/pwd candidates. The admission process was way long, and took almost two days. I want the admission process to become simple and short.
Placement Experience:
From 3 rd year student csn sit into placement. Also, a student of the 3rd branch ece gets 1.13 cr ctc from a company in Singapore. This year 2023 highest package is 82 lpa , the average for cse 27 lpa, for ece 25 lpa for me 12lpa overall average is 23.3 lpa. Almost 100% of students from cse and ece get placed. And 80% of me get placed. I want to start a startup after btech

Admission to our college from different modes of examination for btech jee mains score is applicable for Indian students. I give me jee in 2022 after that in csab round 1 I got this college from my jee rank. If you are btech student then physics chemistry and mathematics are mandatory. My coaching teacher suggested about jee mains and jee advanced I belongs from general ews category so i am selected from my reservations quota
Course Curriculum Overview:
1. Curriculum is highly updated and newly designed to suit the industry requirements. 2. Professors are Highly qualified and intelligent. Some of them are among the top 2% of the scientists in the world. 3. Every Professor have their own teaching assistants (TA) to help them in evaluation and practical processes. 4. We have two term exams and two quizzes. i) Quiz 1 ii) Mid semester exam iii) Quiz 2 iv) End semester exam 5. For English / effective communication we have Group Discussions , Debate , various writing assignments etc.
Remarks:
Admission through JEE mains and counseling by JOSAA. All information available on NTA website. Cut offs can be found on JOSAA and CSAB website. Reservation facility can be availed as per the law of government of India and rules and regulations made by NTA. Also look at home state and other state quotas.
Placement Experience:
placements of our college are similar to IITs and the average is increasing day by day The students can get the placement from 7 sem and students can avail of the internship from 6 sem the companies that come for placement are amazon, Goldman Sachs, jp morgan, Infosys, TCS, etc. the highest package of the college is 86 LPA from atlas and 44 LPA average from amazon 95% student get placed and my plan is also to get placed in amazon.
Remarks:
The admission process of the course is through JEE Mains and you should get 75% (65% for SC/ST) in the 12th boards then you will undergo JOSAA counseling. The application form for jee mains is on jee mains nta portal. reservation benefits are no tuition fee and 50% off on the entrance examination. the improvement is to take the exact amount of fee while admission.
Placement Experience:
3rd year but off campus, you can apply from 1st year. Amazon, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, and more than 100 mnc's came across the year In 2022 highest package is 44 lakh from the CSE branch and the average of the CSE branch is almost 20 lahks average package of ece branch is almost 18 lahks and average package of me 10 lakh cse - 90%+ ece - 90%+ me - 85%+
Remarks:
I got 12th marks above 75% and rank under 50k in JEE mains. we got on the website of NTA. I am from a reserved category i.e. OBC. No improvement but last year in 2021 there is a relaxation in the 12th standard percentage.
