At the Doctoral level, the institute offers a fulltime Ph.D program in various specializations. The specializations offered are as follows:

Eligibility:

Candidates holding a Master’s degree in the concerned or allied disciplines with good academic records are eligible for admission. 

Selection Process: 

Candidates must have a valid GATE score and engineering background are eligible to apply. 

Admission will be made through the entrance exam conducted at the institute level. Qualifying candidates must appear for the interview round.

Note : Candidates applying under Institute scholar category should have GATE/UGC/CSIR/CSIR NET/DST/INSPIRE/DBT/NBHM or any other examination recognized funding agency.
