Tantia University, Sriganganagar Admission 2024: Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Application Process 

The University also offers B.Sc course in Agriculture Sciences and Nursing and Bachelor of Physiotherapy course. Both the courses are of three years duration.

Candidates seeking admission to these courses must have passed the 10+2 level examination with the relevant subject combination. Admission to any program is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying 10+2 level examination.

Key Points:

• Candidates applying for B.P.Th and B.Sc (Nursing) courses should be minimum 16 years of age and maximum 30 years of age.
• In B.Sc (Nursing) course maximum age for applying is 28 years for female candidates.

Tantia University offers bachelor’s degree in courses in Homeopathy and Ayurveda. Candidates applying for these two courses must have passed 10+2 with PCB subjects with at least 50% marks.

• The minimum age for admission should be 17 years on or before 31st December 2020
• For SC/ST candidates 5% relaxation is provided in eligibility criteria.
• The duration of both the BAMS and BHMS courses is 4 years and 6 months. After the course candidates have to undergo one year of compulsory internship.

Tantia University offers Education courses like B.Ed and M.Ed at Postgraduate level. The University also offers courses in Physical Education in both UG and PG level.

Candidates applying B.Ed course must have done graduation in any discipline and applicants of M.Ed course candidates should have done B.Ed or equivalent. Eligibility for B.P.Ed course is graduation with at least 50% marks.

Tantia University offers 5 years BA LLB, 3 year LLB and 2 year LLM course at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level respectively.

Those who have passed HSC are eligible to apply for BA LLB course and for LLB course Candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline with at least 45% marks.

Minimum eligibility for LLM course is LLB from a recognized institute with at least 50% marks. Selection is based on the performance of the candidate in the qualifying exam

Tantia University offers courses MA and M.Sc courses at the postgraduate level. M.Sc courses are offered in the field of Science, Nursing, Agriculture and Computer Science.

• M.Sc nursing applicants must also have one year of experience.

Tantia University offers a two-year course of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Commerce.

The applicant for these courses must have done graduation in the concerned subject. Selections to MBA are done on the basis any entrance exams score and also qualifying exam merit.

Tantia University offers MD degree in Homeopathy and Ayurveda. The University also offers Masters of Physiotherapy course at PG level. Applicants of MD in Ayurveda should have passed BAMS and applicants of MD in Homeopathy course should have done BHMS from a recognized institute.

Applicants for PG course in physiotherapy should have passed Bachelors of Physiotherapy with at least 50% marks from a recognized institute. For admission, the university will conduct an entrance exam.

Apart from UG and PG courses, Tantia University offers Diploma courses Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Physical Education, Pharmacy and Nursing. Minimum Eligibility for diploma courses is matriculation from any recognized board.

For lateral entry course of diploma in engineering, candidates should have passed HSC or relevant ITI Vocational Courses along with matriculation. For other Diploma courses candidates should have passed 10+2 with relevant subject combinations.

Selection to Diploma course is on the basis of qualifying exam merit.

• Candidates applying for Diploma in Animal Husbandry, Pharmacy must be at least 16 years of age.
• Applicants for Diploma in Physical Education must fall in the age bracket of 18-23 years.
• Age of candidates applying for Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing and Pharmacy must be at least 17 years.

The University offers the Ph.D. course in twenty- five distinct disciplines. Candidates seeking admission to Ph.D. programs have downloaded the application form from the university website.

Eligibility for Ph.D. courses is that candidate should have done Master’s degree in the relevant discipline. Selection to the Ph.D. courses is based on Entrance Test conducted by the University itself.
