"Its a new college but soon wii be a famous one"

Remarks :

College is not good as expected from a national institute. May be mentor institute or mhrd is not focusing on it. Students are always in worry for there career. No dirctor,no temporary faculty, high fee structure.

Remarks :

Everything ha a positive and a negative things. Since it is a college of national importance so you are among one of the best engineering college of India. But the reality is that you are on yourself for whatever you are going to learn no one will help here to spoon feed you.

"IIIT BHOPAL CRISIS"

Remarks :

Faculty is not experienced,do not have our permanent director and not having training and placement cell,no permanent campus,no hostel facility to students except 1st year,no Extra caricular activities and no sports facilities are given to IIIT BHOPAL students Which is not fair.Even there is no logo of IIIT BHOPAL.time is wasted a lot while traveling to hostel for 1st year in bus.many time the bus comes late.not responsible organisation.No IT sector company is our partner as IT Industry yet.

Admission :

Through jee main and csab councilling i got 56000 rank in that exam and then i got admission by submitting fee and other things like the Documents which are demanded here in all government colleges And other things are councilling process

Placement Experience :

No as our college is new it didn't provide any internship and other opportunities and also till now no batch is pass out so no job is provided till now so nothing is known till now what will happen in next 4 years but we all hope it will be good

Ques. What books are used in IIIT, Bhopal for a 1st year student in the IT branch?

Ans. As a first-year student, you will have the same syllabus and books as your batch mates in the CSE and ECE programs. My brother's friend studied from IET DAVV and his syllabus was the same too. You will not have to study any specialization as of now, except maybe the basic programming in C Java or C++. It depends on what you choose because my cousin chose C++ and didn't regret his decision at all. If you feel as if you need books outside the syllabus to understand the topics cohesively, then you can consult the following books for the respective topics: A.S. Vasudeva or Gaur and Gupta for Physics Boylestad for basic Electronics B.S. Grewal for Engineering Maths B.L. Theraja for Electrical Engineering N.D. Bhatt for Engineering, Drawing, and Graphics The Complete Reference by Herbert Schild for Java These are good books on the topics, used by most freshers. However, you are requested to consult Google Books, and YouTube for easy comprehension of the subjects. To develop yourself from the first year itself, you can start taking up specialized subjects or projects as part of your niche enhancement process.Read more

Ques. Which is better NIT Uttarakhand ECE or IIIT Bhopal ECE?

Ans. NIT Uttarakhand ECE is definitely a better choice than IIIT Bhopal ECE. NIT UK is a well-established institute with good placement records, while IIIT Bhopal was established just a few years back. NIT Uttarakhand has the following advantages over IIIT Bhopal. NIT Uttarakhand is an old and established institute and has already gained recognition throughout India. The academics are better with experienced faculties. Decent placements record in all branches especially CSE and ECE. Better connection with the industry so can impart more practical knowledge to the student for the real issue in the industry. According to the recent placement drives, the average CTC offered at NIT UK and IIIT Bhopal is 6.8 LPA and 4.5 LPA. IIIT Bhopal does not even have its own campus yet. The upside of choosing IIIT Bhopal is you will get to learn from the faculties of MANIT Bhopal. Bhopal is also a good location with better connectivity to the other parts of India. If you are okay going to a fairly new institute, then you can go for IIIT Bhopal. But if you want a convenient college life then choosing NIT UK will be better.Read more

Ans. One of my friends studied at IIIT Bhopal. He said that pursuing engineering from IIIT Bhopal will prove to be better than IET DAVV. Here are some reasons as to why: The greater advantage of being a student of IIIT is that you get the tag of the Institute of National Importance. But at the end of the academic year, everything depends on your hard work. If you want to excel without the package of IIIT Bhopal bothering you then IET DAVV is not a bad option. But IIT Bhopal is run by MANIT Bhopal so another advantage for IIT Bhopal. The placement records for IIIT Bhopal are not yet done. The process is still going on for the batch of 2021. The better option would be IIIT Bhopal without a doubt. However, IET DAVV is also good. But it ultimately is your choice and what you want to pursue. Ques. Is there any sports played in IIIT Bhopal?

Ans. Starting things off, first, let me tell you that IIIT Bhopal does not have its own campus or hostels. If you are looking for sports competitions, this will probably not be as abundant. There is however a sports period each week with all the sports facilities. This started out as an initiative by students in lieu of a cricket tournament held amongst them. But, not much is related to sports even then. The scene definitely has changed a little. Seniors organize fresher’s parties for the new batch, quiz competitions as well as gaming competitions. In 2019, students had even asked to hold an inter IIIT sports in IIIT Allahabad. Many students bought sports kits to participate in this meet. Frankly, you should know that the college is quite new. So it will take time for things to get better. As directors are assigned, things will start to change for the better. You will have to keep some patience.Read more

Ques. Which IIIT will be better between IIIT Bhopal and IIIT Una?

Ans. I can give you some information regarding IIIT Una, as I have a few friends at the institute. IIIT Una has gained popularity in a few years in spite of being a new institute. Course Curriculum: The syllabus of this college is advanced and updated and the college focuses more on practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. A major part of the GATE syllabus is completed by the second year and from the third year onwards you get the option to choose your subjects. You will get a whole semester for internships. Faculty: The professors here are very experienced and talented and the director of the college is very good and you can talk to him directly regarding any issues. Here a brief highlight of the recent placement statistics for the institutes. Average CTC 4.5 LPA Highest CTC 13.5 LPA Placement Average 100% The only problem which the new batch will face is that you will be alone in the IIIT campus as all other previous batches are studying in the NIT Hamirpur campus. But this is just a temporary problem and will be resolved very soon.Read more
