Maharana Pratap Horticultural University (MHU) came into existence on 28th November, 2016.MHU, Karnal offers post graduate degree in M.Sc. which includes courses in 3 streams. It also offers Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) under three specializations namely Vegetable Science, Fruit Science and Floriculture & Landscape architecture.

For aspirants seeking admission to M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree programmes, it is mandatory to appear for the CET to be organised by Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU).
The selection of candidates is based on their merit in the CET.

CCSHAU Entrance Exam Pattern

Total Number of Questions: 100 MCQs of 1 mark each
Duration: 2 hour 30 minutes
No marks will be deducted for an incorrect answer. Therefore, there is no negative marking.
Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ST candidates) in the entrance test to qualify the entrance exam.
