Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at 10 and +2 levels.
• They might have taken 50% in 10th and 12th grades and a 3 years pattern. 

Selection Criteria

The admission is based on the performance of the candidates in UPSEE or JNCU entrance test Conducted by the University.

The college also offers a master’s program in Business Administration courses as a 3 years specialization.

Selection Criteria

• The candidates are advised to download the application form for JNCU from the official website.
• Then they can apply for their respective courses using their login and password. 

The university offers BA, B.Sc., B.Com, B.P.Ed, B.El.Ed and B.Ed. as UG courses. The B.Ed admission takes NET exam results for admission. 

Selection Process

• The 12th exam results are taken for consideration. Only students who have done their higher secondary in Uttar Pradesh are eligible for applying for UPSEE.
• On the basis of student’s performance in JNCU exam, they will be taken as for admission for BA, B.Sc., B.Com, B.Ed. course.
• NET or CET exams are considered for B.Ed. courses.

The college also offers a master’s programme in Business Administration courses as a 2 years specialization.

The University offers a number of PG programmes including MA, M.Sc., and M.Com etc. in multiple disciplines along with several diploma programmes such as PG Diploma in Environmental Education. In addition, the university also offers M.Ed.

JNCU and PG Diploma Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must fulfil the following criteria to be deemed eligible for admission to most of the PG courses offered by the university:
• Candidates should have passed with a minimum 45% aggregate in marks at the undergraduate level from any recognized university in the country. The course must have been in a related field, and the viability of an acquired degree in terms of its applicability to the subject of the Master’s degree is at the discretion of the University.
• A relaxation may be given to reserved categories as per the regulations of the Government.
• For the M.Ed. degree, a B.Ed. degree is preferable, though a BA with education related fields may be highly accepted.
• In case of Biochemistry, a minimum of 60% aggregate is required at the undergraduate level to apply.
• For M.Sc. programmes, Science stream with related subjects must have been a part of the curriculum at the undergraduate level.

JNCU PG and PG Diploma Selection Process:

• The selection process varies depending on the course applied for. 
• The candidates either are offered the seats on a first come first serve basis depending on merit or based on the entrance examination conducted by the University. 
• The JNCU is an eligibility entrance exam for the exam and the candidates are selected based on the marks scored in the exam.

The University offers Ph.D. courses in almost all the university departments with more than 15 specializations being offered. The general eligibility for admission to the research programs is a post-graduate degree in a related discipline. The University conducts a Common Entrance Test for admission to the research programs, followed by a personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must fulfil the following criteria to be deemed eligible for admission to this university.
• The candidate should have passed a Master’s level degree with a minimum 55% aggregate from any recognized university. 
• A 5% relaxation is given to reserved categories as per the regulations of the Government.
• The course must have been in the subject applied for in the university or in a related field as accepted by the university.
• Certain candidates may be exempted from the entrance examination, by virtue of them clearing prominent examinations such as NET or the equivalent.
• NET, CET is considered for M.Ed. eligibility.

Selection Process

• The selection process is based mainly on the performance in the entrance examination conducted by the University.
• The entrance test consists of questions covering general areas, as well as subject specific and research oriented questions.
• Candidates who obtain satisfactory marks in this entrance test may also have to participate in a personal interview.
• The final merit list is based on a cumulative grading of performance in the entrance examination, personal interview, and the qualifying degree scores (Master’s level).
• The college accepts both online and offline for all the courses and Ph.D. courses have interview.

Exemption from the written test:

Ph.D. degree holders need not appear for the common entrance test, however they will be required to appear for the interview.

UGC/ CSIR-UGC NET/ SLET is the exam. Those candidates shall be directly admitted to the doctoral program through interview.
