Haas School of Business has a very diverse culture and that's what I was looking for. As I learned from the site admission process mainly begins in the months of October, January and April for MBA programs. So I applied for the April session and filled the application for around $200.

    Fees :

For my two years of MBA program, I am charged a total of $60000 per year and that goes down to $120000 for two years. So that's my overall fee of education here at the Hass school of business. I found it affordable because that's still better than many institutes I applied for.

The majority of students in India are conceived with the thought that completing post-graduation from the USA gives you the correct amount of balance to your degree and a lot of stability to your Resume. I was no stranger to this thought process as well and had developed the habit of browsing through the internet sites from where I could gather necessary information about the kind of colleges in the USA where I could pursue my higher studies in Finance. When I learned about the Haas School of Business and their MFE program I was extremely inclined to join it not only because it provided the degree at a mildly affordable cost in comparison to other universities abroad but also had the requisite facilities which would help me achieve my objectives. This in turn encouraged me to fill out the form for this particular college.

    Fees :

Non Resident Students on the campus are charged a different amount than the native students. However, the difference in the fee structure is completely marginal. The total fees which the students from our batch had to pay during their admission was a total of around $1,00,000. This included the cost of tuition, Housing and Food, Books and Supplies, Transportation, Health Insurance, and Personal Expenses. Various Scholarship opportunities were available to us. I applied for the Non-Resident's Merit Scholarship which helped me cover nearly 60% of my total tuition fees which amounted to around $60,000.

I was searching for the top universities in the world, there I found this university most suitable to me, keeping in mind various factors such as interest, previous academic performance, cost of attendance, etc. After analyzing a lot I applied to the university online by paying an application fee of $80.

    Fees :

I paid somewhere around $15000 for the tuition and fee, $1000 for the books and supplies, $2000 on other needs. I think I paid good enough money for the values which I got.

The reason I chose this particular college is that the location of this university is Ideal and ideal programs were provided for my major, ideally, I also admired the chill atmosphere of UC Berkley and indeed am proud of my decision.

    Fees :

The fees are very open and a lot of aid is provided, they also price match the books so if at any campus the price is lower they match it.

I chose UC Berkeley because of its location and ideal temperature. It is one of the more distinguished schools and more students are accepted into Medical school when applying with UC Berkeley as your alma mater.

    Fees :

Usually, Labs have like a $10-30 fee for any broken glassware during the class. Obviously Tuition. And you are required to spend a week in advance at the school before classes in order to attend something known as GBO (Golden Bear Orientation) which I honestly a bit drew out.

I chose this particular college for many reasons. I would say that I mainly chose because I liked the weather in California and because and I felt it would be in a good state and city where I could further develop my dreams and goals.

    Fees :

I would have to say that they were always upfront about the fees. I don't really remember what my fees were, but they were lower than other colleges.

I thought I would get the best education here because of its ranking and faculty. I also liked the variety of classes offered and the social climate. There was a good selection of different organizations I would be able to join.

    Fees :

There are tuition and fees for late charges like dropping or adding classes after the deadline. The gym membership is included in the tuition. There are not really any other fees.

It is known for being the #1 public university. My older brother had also gone here. He was a senior when I was a freshman so if I went to Berkeley then he could show me around. Public universities aren't that expensive.

    Fees :

Basically, the fees are just tuition. There are other things such as a Clipper card, which is the bus pass. This costs 80 dollars and mandatory to have.

It is a wonderful public School close to home! A much cheaper option for me plus a wonderful academic program. I mean its the number 1 public university in the country! I just love the vibe here. The area is not the best but I like having so many restaurants in walking distance.

    Fees :

Fees are the same across all of the UC schools. Housing is a bit more expensive. It is always recommended to apply for scholarships outside of UC Berkeley. Berkeley also has extra fees for student services, transportation, etc.

The English program is ranked very high and I was accepted. I received higher financial aid here than my other top choice, and the school has a great reputation. The housing is expensive, but if you look hard it won't break the bank. Professors have great reputations as well, great for letters of recommendation.

    Fees :

While there are a lot of different fees, I had a full tuition/fees scholarship so I'm not too familiar with them. If your money doesn't release when everyone else's is, you need to wait in the huge financial aid line to get the process started for them to trigger it manually. I had that experience. The line is managed well though, they set you up with text alerts so you can leave and come back in time.
