I know this uni Through an agent. I don't know anything about the admission process because the agent helped me to apply and submit all the supporting documents for me. I only applied to 1 university and I got the offer. The only reason I chose this uni is because it offers the highest scholarship in Australia.

Course Curriculum :

N/A

Exams :

Law faculty at the University of Tasmania has a very high ranking in the world. To be admitted, you must at least get a minimum score of 6.0 (for every component in IELTS test) if you are not a native English speaker. After that, you must finish 33 units in 4 years. As for the exams, must get over 50% to receive a pass.

Placement :

Not many job opportunities in Tasmania. Probably can try the tenant union or legal community service as a volunteer. Which means the applicant will not get paid on their placements. Other than that, I think the job opportunities are very limited because the graduates are more than demand.

Internship :

In Tasmania, there is no many jobs offers out there. International students are the minority here so sometimes the uni won't prioritize us. I think the school does offer some clerkship but not necessarily in the state itself. Normally the applicants need to fly to other states at their own expense in order to get that clerkship.

Fees :

I think is the 25% scholarship available for the international student. first, the applicant has to get a very very good mark in order to be eligible to apply for this scholarship. Then after your application has been assessed, you have to maintain your grades to continue to receive this scholarship.

Examination Structure :

There are mainly 2 types of exams, open book and closed book exams. You will also get some units that only require students to submit a final essay. A take home exam also have, depending on what units the students enroll.
