- This course covers fundamental programming and security skills of modern computing and computer networks, specializing in various aspects of distributed computing.
- Students will use Python as a tool for learning networks and other programming. Linux skills are taught throughout the course, starting with the basics and progressing to advanced topics.
- This degree is designed to prepare students for careers in high-demand areas of computing. Curtin works closely with industry partners both to optimize course content and provide final-year placement opportunities to suitable students.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must provide a certified copy of the diploma or high school degree to get admission to this program.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Students must have All India Senior School Certificates awarded by the Central Board of Secondary Education with an average of 70%.
- Students must hold a Higher Secondary Certificate (HCS) with an average of 71%.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission into this program.
