MD in Medical Gastroenterology: What is it About?

MD in Medical Gastroenterology is a 3- year course for a post graduate degree of specialization after MBBS. This is essentially a practical- oriented, research based course approved by the Medical Council of India.

The course curriculum for MD Medical Gastroenterology includes lectures, theory classes, thesis preparations, clinical and practical examinations, laboratory work and various research projects within the interval of 6 academic terms over a span of 3 years. Enrolled students need to obtain a minimum aggregate score of 50% in theory and practical exams individually for admission to the course.
