DPU AIBTCET 2022 Exam Pattern; Mode, Total Questions, Marking Scheme

DPU AIBTCET 2022 will be held in offline mode. The duration of the written test will be 2 hours. Candidates should carefully go through the AIBTCET 2022 Exam pattern before starting preparation.

All the questions in AIBTCET 2022 will be in MCQ (multiple choice question) format and the questions are based on class 11 and class 12 syllabus prescribed by CBSE. As there is no negative marking in the exam, the candidate can attempt all the questions in the question paper. All the 4 sections namely Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany will contain 25 questions.

  • There will be 1 mark for all the correct responses. No marks will be awarded for the questions not attempted.
  • Candidates need to clear the DPU Biotechnology sectional cut off to clear the exam. In the case of a tie between two candidates, section marks will be used for comparison and allocation of rank.

DPU AIBTECT 2022 exam pattern for Physics

  • MCQ based paper with each question carrying 1 mark.
  • The questions will be printed in the English language.
  • 28 minutes comes in the share of this paper.
  • No negative marking is there.
  • Questions will be asked from class 11 & 12 Physics syllabus (central or state board).

DPU AIBTECT 2022 exam pattern for Chemistry

  • Questions are designed from class 11 & 12 Chemistry syllabus.
  • 28 minutes are allotted to work with the chemistry exam paper.
  • No negative marking is there and paper is printed in the English language.
  • 25 marks is the total weight age of the section and 1 mark is allotted to each question.

DPU AIBTECT 2022 exam pattern for Zoology

  • 25 questions will come on animal physiology and anatomy; each question will carry 1 mark each.
  • As there is No negative marking so no marks will be lost for wrong attempts
  • Class 11 & 12 biology syllabus will be used for preparing the MCQ based question paper.
  • 29 minutes are coming in the share of this section.

DPU AIBTECT 2022 exam pattern for Botany

  • 25 questions will come on plant physiology and anatomy
  • No negative marking, each question will carry 1 mark each.
  • Class 11 & 12 biology syllabus will form the basis for this exam.
  • A total of 29 minutes are coming in the share of this section.
