WBUT PGET 2022 is held for admissions to a number of PG programmes offered by the University of West Bengal. It is a state level PG entrance test for students residing in the state of West Bengal.

WBUT PGET 2022 Exam Pattern
WBUT PGET 2022 will be conducted only in English language. The question paper consists of only objective type questions. Total number of questions is 100 and candidates have to complete the examination in two hours. WBUT PGET 2022 is an offline exam, so candidates are advised to fill the OMR carefully. There are different question paper sets for the candidates from different engineering branches.
- An applicant can obtain a maximum of 100 marks by solving the 100 questions given in WBUT PGET 2022 paper.

Aspirant is awarded with one mark for every correct answer. Total 100 questions are to be answered by a student.
- Each question in WBUT PGET 2022 paper carries 1 mark.
- Correct answers yield one mark to the student.
- There is no negative marking in WBUT PGET 2022 entrance exam for incorrect answers.
- No marks are deducted for any incorrect response in the answer sheet.
- No marks are given if the question is not attempted.
- Unmarked answers are ignored while checking the OMR sheet.
- If a candidate marks more than one option in any question, the question is treated as wrongly answered.

WBUT PGET 2022 Exam Day Instructions
Given below are some of the important instructions that a candidate needs to follow on the day of examination:
- Reach the exam centre before the commencement of the examination. This allows time for safety checks and avoids last minute rush.Read the examination guidelines properly written on the very first page of the WBUT PGET 2022 question paper.
- Go through the marking pattern given in the instructions.
- Carry your WBUT PGET admit card to the exam center.
- Candidates have to mark their answers in the provided OMR sheet only.
- Candidates have to darken the appropriate circle using a black or blue ball point pen.
- Incomplete or unfitting filling of the bubble leads to wrong or partial reading of the response.
- Cross marks, tick marks and, dot marks are not allowed.
- Do not overwrite or erase a marked response.
- Scratching or writing is not permitted on the OMR sheet.
- Use of White ink or Whitener is impermissible.
- Darken the appropriate bubbles carefully.
