Erasmus Uni Review

AD
6.7 /10

Wanted to move to NL; good reputation; wanted to do a PhD there

Course Curriculum :

Course syllabus is very relevant, good and updated case studies; frequent guest lectures by industry experts

Exams :

IELTS was neccessary, I scored a 9. I took the GRE and scored 320/340, do not remember the exact breakdown between Verbal and Quant.

Placement :

Difficult to get a job unless you are a EU citizen or speak Dutch. Need to be very exemplary for them to make an exception. Research and academic opportunities are plenty however. Median salaries range anywhere between 2000-4000 euros per month.

Internship :

I did not do any internships.

Fees :

2 years course, along with stay amounted to ~INR 40L

Scholarship :

None

Faculty :

Faculty:Student ratio of about 1:60 for classes and 1:15 for personalised seminar sessions. Some were very approachable while some prefered emails/appointments/etc.

Campus Life :

4 very excellent libraries; great sports facilities- gym, basketball, tennis; great Wifi; food on campus was limited however

Hostel :

Very limited rooms on campus; best bet is to stay outside in the city centre; costs per person for rent can amount to anywhere between 400-1000 euros per month.
