UC is well structured syllabus and always inline with current industry standard/technology and well reputed and one of the top ranking university.
Exams :
1) IELTS Overall 6.5 and each module should be 6 or above 2) More than 3 backlogs in the final semester marksheet - will not be qualified 3) The previous academic skill need to match which has been chosen in UC
Placement :
UC provides few options but not much...It depends on the individuals and their skills to find their opportunities.
Events :
They have separate clubs and hall for postgraduate students. Rich experience in using their library services, gym, sports events, wifi..flexible time for choosing course schedule.

Can't say the ratio. It depends course to course. Amazing staff and well trained professor in the modern technology and teaching methodologies.
Hostel :
Living expense 6 to 8L per year would be comfortable to stay
