Ahmedabad University collaborates with Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Russia; Check Details Here


New Delhi: Ahmedabad University’s Amrut Mody School of Management and Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, Russia have collaborated with an aim of strengthening mutual cooperation in research and education. 

As a part of this strategic collaboration, Amrut Mody School of Management, AU and Moscow School of Management have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), to conduct research in ESG, data science, fintech, pharma and digital transformation. 

Speaking on this collaboration, Professor Devanath Tirupati, Dean, Amrut Mody School of Management, said that the B-school has been partnering with management institutions across the world as a part of its internationalisation strategy. 

The collaboration is a significant step in the institute's and the Moscow School of Management’s shared dedication towards promoting research-based contemporary management education, executive engagement and research in generating sustainable solutions for global challenges. Thus, the B-school is looking forward to a long and fruitful association with the Moscow School of Management, Tirupati added.

Professor Yuri Levin, Dean of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO said that the development of international cooperation is one of the key priorities for the management institute. 

Traditionally, the institute has paid immense attention to strengthening relations with Indian partners and representatives of Indian companies were among the founders of the B-School, Levin said. 

Further, the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO aims at the full-scale improvement of academic relations between both countries while the cooperation becomes more fruitful. 

Levin assured that the collaboration with Amrut Mody School of Management will allow them to achieve mutual research goals and to host diploma and corporate programs for the good of business communities in Russia and India.

Apart from exchanging of faculty and students, the agreement also includes development of joint academic degree programmes, double diploma programmes, international modules for degree and non-degree programmes and summer programmes.

In addition, the collaboration will facilitate participation in seminars, conferences and key Russian and Indian business forums.
