Anna University to Conduct CEETA PG 2023 for Admission to ME, MTech, MArch & Other Programs; Check Dates Here

New Delhi: As per the latest updates, Anna University has announced a new entrance exam, the Common Engineering Entrance Test for Admission Postgraduate (CEETA PG) for admission to some of its postgraduate courses such as ME, MTech, MArch and MPlan.

As per Anna University, the CEETA PG 2023 will be held by the varsity on behalf of the Tamil Nadu government on March 26, 2023. Based on marks secured in the exam, candidates will be allotted admission seats in its ME, MTech, MArch and MPlan degree programs.

Informing about the new entrance examination, the official website reads, “Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA-PG - 2023) is to be conducted by Anna University, Chennai on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu".

"This exam will be held for admission to M.E./M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan. Degree Programmes for the academic year 2023-2024 offered at University Departments, Constituent Colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University and Government Engineering Colleges only", it reads.

Candidates who wish to appear for CEETA PG 2023 can register online by submitting their online application along with a copy of required documents. The application form for the entrance test is available on the official website of Anna University at tancet.annauniv.edu.

In addition to this, the university authority has also released the examination dates for TANCET 2023. Following the schedule released, the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2023 will be held for admission to MCA and MBA programs on March 25, 2023.

Anna University has also announced that it will offer monthly AU scholarships in line with Tamil Nadu Government guidelines. It added, "Limited number of monthly Scholarships offered by the Government of Tamil Nadu are available to the students as per reservation norms to pursue the higher studies".
