Anna University to Revise Syllabus of Engineering Courses

New Delhi Anna University is all set to revise the syllabus of its engineering courses. As announced by Vice Chancellor R. Velraj, Anna university has roped in 90 experts from different fields for the brainstorming session.

This included ten academicians, ten IAS officers, ten top-ranked students from various fields, ten alumni members and ten members from human resource management. Anna Univeristy has informed that the brainstorming session will commence in Mid March.

This decision has been taken in light of the fact that Anna University’s curriculum has not been updated for almost 25 years. This has hindered the job prospects of students from core engineering fields like Civil, Mechanical, electrical and the like during the recruitment process

Anna University accepts the entrance score of JEE Main, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) entrance exam. Currently, the varsity is accepting applications for its MBA program for the academic year 2022-23.

For admission to the MBA program, candidates need to qualify for the TANCET exam or any other MBA entrance exam like CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, GMAT, GATE, GRE, CMAT.
