On Saturday, August 8, 2020, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) released a revised schedule for conducting entrance tests for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Candidates who had earlier applied for entrance tests at BHU can download the revised exam schedule from the official website of the university (bhuonline.in).
BHU Entrance Exam 2020: Revised Schedule
As per latest updates from the university, entrance examinations for admission to undergraduate programs (BHU UET 2020) is slated for September 9 to 11 and September 14. On the other hand, BHU Postgraduate Entrance Test will be conducted from 24-31 August 2020.

The notification reads, "The entrance test for remaining undergraduate programmes viz. B.A (Hons.) Arts, B.A. (Hons) Social Sciences, B.Com (Hons) Bio, Shastri (Hons) and different programmes of B.Voc will be held during the second phase i.e., on September 9, 10, 11, and 14, 2020.

The schedule of the second phase of entrance tests will be available on the portal by 17.08.2020."
Earlier, BHU allowed candidates to change exam centres for UET and PET 2020, till June 30. Students had to pay an additional fee for the same. The varsity was keen on providing exam centres within a radius of 200 kilometres from their preferred test city.
As BHU issued the notification on Saturday, the joint registrar of the university informed that entrance tests for programs at postgraduate level, BFA, BPA, B.P.Ed, B.Ed or B.Ed (Special Education) and LLB (3 years) will be held in the first phase, that is 24-31 August 2020.
