New Delhi: BITS Pilani's Department of Management has successfully concluded the final placements for the MBA batch 2020-22, where the highest CTC was recorded at INR 31.86 LPA.
With better placement ratio, lucrative offers, and an increase in the number of recruiters this year, the department of management, BITS Pilani, witnessed an amazing record during its final placement for the MBA students of the batch 2020-22.
BITS Pilani Placement 2020-22: Highlights
- In the final placement 2020-22, the highest Cost to Company (CTC) offered was INR 31.86 LPA, which is an increase of 99 percent more than the previous year’s (2020-21) top CTC, which stood at 16 LPA.
- The average CTC was recorded at INR 11.68 LPA.
- Compared to previous year's gender ratio of 65:35, this year there was a moderate increase in the number of female placements, which led the ratio of the recruits for male: female to be 64: 36,
- The average work experience was 18 months, with individuals having a minimum of one year of experience in the industry securing better placements.
- The highest stipend for summer internships stood at 30,000 per month, while the average stipend was around 13,177 per month.
