BITS Pilani WILP Partners with Airbus to Upskill Professionals in Data Analytics; Check Details Here

New Delhi: As per the latest updates, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) division has collaborated with Airbus, India to help upgrade some of their professionals in data analytics on March 22, 2023.

Talking about this initiative, G Sundar, Director of Off-Campus Programs and Industry Interaction at BITS Pilani said, "these are exciting times for the Indian aerospace sector, in the growth and development of which Airbus has played a key part for over five decades as an aircraft supplier."

As per BITS Pilani, the program's breadth and rigor will work to meet the aspirations of interested personnel, and its customization will aid in achieving some of the organization's objectives in this rapidly changing technological landscape, he noted.

Speaking on this occasion, Suraj Chettri, Regional Director, HR of Airbus India said, “Higher education is an important element in this learning path. Our partnership with BITS Pilani will provide a holistic learning experience and self-development opportunities to our employees”.

The collaboration was done in the presence of Prof. G. Sundar, Director, Off-Campus Programs & Industry Engagement, BITS Pilani; Praveen Kumar Voona, Sr. HRBP and Recruitment Leader, Airbus India and Shishir Kumar, Head of Resource and Develop, Airbus India.

Additionally, Aditya Jain, Head of General Procurement, Airbus India; Suraj Chettri, Regional Director, HR, Airbus India & South Asia; Thierry Cloutet, Head of Procurement, Airbus India & South Asia and Soumi Mukherjee, Deputy Manager, Human Resources, Airbus were also present at the event.
