To apply for Calcutta University Admission 2023, disciplines, the applicant must have a master's Degree in Statistics and allied subjects with a 55% score, a 5% relaxation is also offered to the SC/ ST candidates. 

Candidates will be selected based on marks scored in the Research Eligibility Test (RET) 2022 and personal interviews. Candidates are required to score a minimum of 50% in the entrance exam to qualify.

Step 3: Download and fill in the application form with the correct details and required documents and pay the application fee.

Step 4:  Submit the application form to the Head, Department of Statistics, University of Calcutta, or email it to: hodstatistics@gmail.com to complete the Calcutta University PhD (Statistics) Admission 2023 process. 

Candidates with UGC/CSIR (JRF)/ NET/ SET(Mathematics)/ GATE/ hold DST INSPIRE Fellowship/ Teachers’ Fellowship/ M.Phil. degree in Statistics/ M. Tech. (QR&OR) degree of ISI prior to the application deadline will be exempted from the examination and can directly appear in the interview.
