Calicut University IPCAP Admission 2022 Open; Last Date Extended till August 06

New Delhi: Calicut University has begun the Centralized Admission Process for Admission to the Integrated PG programmes in affiliated colleges for the academic year 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @admission.uoc.ac.in, by August 6, 2022.

Calicut University offers a gamut of integrated courses such as M.Sc Statistics, M.Sc. Psychology, M.A. Politics & International Relations, M.A. Malayalam, M.A. Sociology, M.A. English, and M.A. English and Media Studies.

The varsity has extended the IPCAP 2022-23 registrations, so, the candidates seeking admission to the integrated MSc/ MA courses can submit their applications till August 6, 2022.

The admission through the Centralized Admission process to Integrated programmes will be conducted in two Continuous phases. Phase 1: Submission of Application and Phase 2: Fee Payment.

Calicut University IPCAP Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the integrated programmes will have to satisfy the eligibility criteria tabulated below.

Name of the Courses	Eligibility Criteria
Integrated M.Sc Statistics	Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with Mathematics group in Science stream
Integrated M.Sc. Psychology	A pass in higher secondary or equivalent as approved by the Government of Kerala or Central Government of India with 50% of marks in aggregate.
Integrated M.A. Politics & International Relations	Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.
Integrated M.A. Malayalam	Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.
Integrated M.A. Sociology	Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.
Integrated M.A. English	Candidates who have passed the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.
Integrated M.A. English and Media Studies	Candidate who has passed the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission

Calicut University IPCAP Admission 2022: Selection Process

Integrated M.Sc.: Candidate's Selection will be based on the score obtained in the Entrance Exam.
The exam will be conducted for 2 hours and includes 100 MCQs.
4 marks will be awarded for correct answer and 1 marks will be deducted for wrong answer
The questions will be mostly from the following subjects: Botany-25, Zoology-25, Chemistry-25, Physics-15, Maths-10.
