New Delhi: Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has postponed all the exams except for the Final Semester examinations, which were scheduled between May 24 and 31, 2022.
According to the CUSAT notification, all the exams scheduled to be conducted from May 24 to 31, 2022 have been postponed except the final semester examination.
The CUSAT notification revealed that the revised examination dates of the postponed examination will be made available on the official website of the university shortly.
Candidates who were scheduled to appear for the CUSAT Semester examinations 2022 can visit the official CUSAT website and check the notification.
Earlier, the University postponed the 6th Semester examinations of the B.Tech course, which were scheduled to be held on May 21, 2022. Similarly, the revised dates for the postponed B.Tech exam is also awaited by the students.

Exams postponed Due to the Hostel Students Suffering from Fever
The latest reports suggest that the CUSAT Exams have been postponed due to the spread of fever among university hostel students.
Consequently, the hostels on the university campus have been shut, followed by the suspension of the offline classes. After visiting the campus, District Medical Officer, V Jayasree stated that there is no need to panic as none of the CUSAT students are critical.
As per the reports, more than 45 students including hostlers and day scholars fell ill and showed symptoms of food poisoning and viral fever, of which nine of the students tested positive of covid-19, after the CUSAT youth festival which lasted for three days.
