New Delhi: On Saturday, February 19, 2022, Delhi Lt. Governor Anil Baijal suggested the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University to seek accreditation of its courses from reputed foreign institutes to increase the employability of the students.
The LG declared this during the 11th meeting of the Court of the IP University along with the Vice-Chancellor and other members of the concerned body.

The LG appreciated the progress, performance and dedicated efforts of the university towards promoting good quality higher education.
“Advised the University authorities to seek international accreditation of its courses from reputed institutions and universities abroad to enhance the employability options for the students and to capitalise our demographic dividend across the globe,” he further tweeted.
The court considered as well as approved the Annual Report for the academic year 2020-21 and also focused on the audit report of the CAG for the year 2018-19. The LG further complimented the management, faculty and students of the Indraprastha University on their achievements and provided his best wishes for the future endeavours.
