Delhi University UG Admissions 2022 to Begin Soon; Check List of Required Documents Here

New Delhi: University of Delhi (DU) is expected to start the admission process for its various undergraduate courses for the new academic session of 2022-23 from September 2022 for all interested candidates. The admissions will be based on CUET UG 2022 scores. 

As per Delhi University , the complete admission schedule and process for UG courses for the academic session 2022-23 will be published soon on the official admission portal. In the meantime, candidates are advised to prepare the documents required for admissions.

The university has released a list of documents required for Delhi University UG Admissions 2022 which includes class 12th and 10th passing certificates, category certifications, etc. Applicants also need to have a valid score in CUET UG 2022 to apply for admissions.

The notice further mentions that applications submitted with incomplete, invalid, or non-availability of required documents and certifications will not be considered for admissions. Therefore, candidates are advised to prepare their documents in advance. 

Delhi University UG Admissions 2022: List of Important Documents 

In a recent notice released for DU UG Admissions 2022, the university has released the list of documents required for the admission process, which are as mentioned in the reference table mentioned below: 

As per the official notification, “The Delhi University will soon launch its application process for admissions to UG programs. Candidates who wish to apply must ensure the following certificates/documents (as applicable) are in a ready format by August 31, 2022”.

"The name of the candidate claiming reservation must match with the candidate's name as it appears on their corresponding school board qualifying certificates and in CUET(UG)-2022. Similarly, the parents' names must also match in the certificates," the university said.

DU officials have mentioned that the admission process for this session is likely to be delayed by "at least a week" due to the extension of CUET UG 2022 Schedule . The exam has been rescheduled at several exam centers for various students due to various unavoidable issues.  

Earlier, the CUET UG 2022 examination was scheduled to end on August 20, 2022. However, due to issues and glitches found in the CUET UG examination, the exam authority has decided to extend the exam till August 28, 2022.
