DTU is a private university which takes admission through the score of CAT exam, which is national level exam so for admission students must gain a valid score in CAT.

• Aspiring candidates must have graduated in any discipline from any recognized university.
• Candidates pursuing their final year exams / waiting for their results are also eligible to apply. However, they must have maintained 60% marks.
• Candidates must hold a valid score in any of the acceptable entrance exams such as the CAT .

• Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in CAT 
• Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for the   Group Discussion, personal interview, and Counseling rounds.
