RGUKT IIITs Admission Process 2020-21 started at Nuzvid IIIT Campus, Read Details Here

RGUKT IIIT Admission process was conducted from January 4, 2021 at Nuzvid IIIT campus. The Admission process will continue till January 11.

Mr Suresh, along with Nuzvid IIIT director G.V.R. Srinivas, RGUKT Chancellor K.C. Reddy, and in-charge Vice-Chancellor K. Hemachandra Reddy provided admission cards to the top rankers, including P. Venkata Shiva Shankar, D. Abhishek, and Shiva Shankara Vara Yugandhar at an event conducted on the campus. 

The top rank holder in RGUKT CET, Shiva Shankar, selected R.K. Valley IIIT branch, situated at Idupulapaya in Kadapa district. The second and third rankers (Yugandhar and Abhishek) opted for Nuzvid IIIT campus.

While speaking on the event, the Minister congratulated the students on securing admissions in the prestigious institution. He asked the students to work hard, fulfil their goals to reach to greater heights and achieve the dreams of their parents.

Meanwhile, the counselling for admissions will be held up to January 11, 2021, for allotting 4,400 seats in Nuzvid, R.K. Valley, Srikakulam and Ongole campuses. Candidates seeking admissions in any of the four IIIT campuses need to participate in the counselling round held at Nuzvid and R.K. Valley campuses.

Students, who secured admissions, need to report to the directors of the respective IIIT campuses before the last date, i.e., January 17, 2021. Classes would start from the next day, stated Nuzvid IIIT convenor (admissions) S.S.S.V. Gopala Raju. MLA Meka Venkata Pratapa Appa Rao, heads of various branches of RGUKT IIIT branches were also present.

According to RGUKT officials, drinking water, food and other facilities have been made available to the students and their parents attending counselling at Nuzvid and R.K. Valley campuses.
