The Forest Research Institute (FRI) Deemed to be University has released the PhD courses Answer Key online. Candidates who had appeared for the FRI entrance examination for the PhD courses can check the answer key here or from the official website.

The Forest Research Institute has released the PhD answer key for courses such as General forestry, Forestry, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Wood Science and Technology, Environmental Sciences and Pulp and Paper Technology.

Candidates are required to note that the seats which are left vacant or have not been allotted will be offered to the candidates from the waiting lists. Following the allotment, those candidates will be required to complete the admission process in the allotted time via online mode.

FRI: Documents to be Submitted for Admission Process

Candidates selected were required to submit the following documents:

• Matriculation or equivalent certificate and mark sheet
• BSc Degree (Mark sheets should be for all years)
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate wherever applicable
• Income certificate of parents issued by a competent authority
• Character certificate issued by Principal/Dean/Registrar of College
• Migration or Transfer Certificate
• Photocopies of above certificates
• ID proof
• Proof of Depositing the semester fee
• Two passport size photographs

Candidates will be able to secure the seat once they pay the Semester 1 fee on the scheduled date and time. It is to be noted that candidates who will fail to pay the fees before the deadline will not be allowed to continue the admission process and the seat will be given to the candidate in the waiting list.
