GATE 2021 Application form is going to be released on September 14, 2020, Candidates can apply till September 30 without Late Fee.
GATE 2021 information brochure has been released and Registration will begin from September 14, 2020. GATE 2021 Application Forms will be available until September 30, 2020, however, candidates will be able to register until October 07, 2020, by paying an additional late fee. Registration will completely be online and it will be available at iitb.ac.in.
Apart from Application, candidates will also be provided with a form correction facility after the registration process is over. GATE 2021 Form Correction facility will be available until November 13, 2020. Candidates can rectify the details entered in the application during this time slot.
The Exam is scheduled to be conducted from February 05 to 14, 2020, and GATE 2021 Admit Card will be released on January 08, 2020.

Latest Changes in GATE 2021
GATE 2021 has come up with some changes in Subjects, Syllabus, Pattern and Eligibility Criteria. The duration and marking scheme of the exam remains the same. Given below are some changes in GATE 2021.
- The number of subjects has been increased from 25 to 27, like Environmental Science & Engineering (ES) and Humanities & Social Science (XH) has also been added. It can be inferred that the authorities are getting inclined towards research-based courses.
- The GATE 2021 Eligibility Criteria has been revised and candidates from Pre-final year can also apply. Previously Final year appearing and Passed candidates could only apply. This ensures that the number of applications being received will also be increased in GATE 2021
- Apart from those some changes in the pattern of questions being asked has also been revised. Check GATE 2021 Exam Pattern
- There are minor changes in GATE 2021 Syllabus of old 25 subjects. Candidates can go through the Information brochure regarding the same.

GATE 2021 is conducted for admission to premier institutes like IISCs, IITs and NITs for higher studies in the field of technology and science. It is conducted by Indian Institute of Technology on a rotational basis.GATE 2021 will be conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Admission is given on the basis of marks obtained in the exam. GATE exam also opens the door for recruitment in top Public sector companies (PSUs).
