GATE 2023 Application Form Modification Facility Starts Today @gate.iitk.ac.in.

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur is all set to start the application modification facility for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023) from today, November 8, 2022.

Candidates intending to edit category, paper, and exam city will be able to modify the changes online in the GATE 2023 application form by visiting the official portal @gate.iitk.ac.in.

In order to use the GATE application correction 2023 facility, candidates must use their login credentials to access the candidate portal. The deadline to make changes to the GATE 2023 application form is November 14.

The candidates must pay an extra cost/ fee to make changes or modifications in the gate 2023 application form. Candidates should be aware that after November 14 they won't be able to make changes to the form. Therefore, candidates must carefully make adjustments to the application form on or before the deadline.

GATE 2023 Application Form: How to make Changes?

Candidates can go through the following steps for GATE 2023 application form correction.

Step 1: Visit the GATE official website - gate.iitk.ac.in.

Step 2: Log in using enrollment number/email ID and password.

Step 3: Make the necessary modifications in the GATE 2023 application form.

Step 4: Finally, click on the ‘submit button.

According to IIT Kanpur, the Ambajogai city in the IIT Bombay zone was recently deleted due to operational problems. Thus, the candidates who chose Ambajogai city as their exam city would be permitted to substitute a new city or cities for Ambajogai without incurring any fees in the GATE 2023 application form modification facility.

IITK will administer the GATE exam in 2023 for the purpose of selecting students for admission to various PG courses. Candidates who crack the GATE exam are also qualified to apply for several PSU recruiting opportunities. The seven IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Madras, Roorkee, and Kanpur) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, jointly administer the GATE 2023 exam.

Meanwhile, the GATE 2023 Exam has been scheduled on February 4, 5, 11, 12, 2023, for the academic session 2023. The GATE 2023 admit card is scheduled to be released on January 3, 2023. The candidates' response will be released on February 15 and the answer key will be issued on February 21, 2023.
