IGNOU Admission 2022 July Session: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the UG and PG courses offered by the university will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below. 

Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses

• Candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination from a recognized board or university.

• Candidates should hold a PG diploma or be in-service/possess minimum experience for some programmes. 

Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or a higher degree from a recognized university.

• Candidates must hold a degree along with a PG diploma for some PG courses. 

Eligibility Criteria for Diploma Courses

Candidates must have passed 10+2 examinations. The candidates who have passed the 10th examination have to take admitted in BPP and Diploma programmes simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria for PG Diploma Courses

• Candidates must have passed a bachelor's degree. 
• candidates must have passed graduation in a specific programme for some PG diploma courses. 

IGNOU Admission 2022 July Session: Selection Process

• The admission criteria for admission in the IGNOU courses is merit-based. 
• Candidates willing for admissions to various courses by IGNOU are selected based on their eligibility for the particular course followed by the Entrance score/ merit required in the examination.

IGNOU Admission 2022 July Session: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of IGNOU @ignou.ac.in.

Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 200 and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
