IGNOU Launches New BA Facility Services and Management Course; Admission 2022 Open

New Delhi: IGNOU has begun the application process for the BA Facility Services and Management course (BAFSM) for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

The School of Tourism and Hospitality Services Management, IGNOU has launched a 3-year degree programme in the area of Facility Services Management. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till the deadline which is not yet announced by the university. 

The BAFSM course will be a three year degree programme in the area of Facility Services Management with a modular approach. This course will be taught in English language and will have the option of multiple entries and exits, in accordance with the NEP 2020 guidelines. 

The facility management is the day-to-day operations necessary to ensure a physical environment that supports an organization's needs and core function.

• Candidates must have completed their education till 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board. 
• Admission sessions will be both in months of July and January. 

BAFMS is a job-oriented programme, which has been specifically designed to acquaint the participants with the basic knowledge and skill set required to begin their career in the Facility Management Industry. 

IGNOU BAFSM Admission 2022: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of IGNOU @ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.

Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Nageshwar Rao launched the BAFSM programme at a function to formally launch the programme at the IGNOU Headquarters.

Speaking about the programme, Prof. Nageshwar Rao, VC IGNOU complimented the school of Tourism and Hospitality to roll out a programme in the field which is witnessing a rapid growth and can also provide employment to the learners after completion in his presidential address.
