New Delhi: The Campus Placement Cell (CPC) of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced that a campus placement drive would be held on November 29, 2022. Candidates who are interested must register at ignou.ac.in, the official IGNOU website.
On November 29, IGNOU will hold a placement drive at the Convention Center on its Maidan Garhi campus in New Delhi. It is being organised by Globiva.
This placement drive's reporting window is from 9.30 to 10:30 am. Pre-placement talks will then start at 11 a.m.

Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students over the phone, based on the knowledge & training imparted to you. Counselling will lead to the completion of forms for admission, & ultimately to admission in our partner colleges as per your assigned targets. Key Responsibilities
Here’s how your onboarding journey will look like: Upon your joining, you will go through an intensive training program where you will be taught counselling skills, product knowledge, communication skills & about internal technical system. This training will consist of New Hire Classroom Training+Nest OJT phases (you’re expected to pass this training to hit the shop floor).
If you aren’t able to clear the training the organisation may decide to either redeploy or take action (as per the HR policy). The duration of training will depend on the process/product you get aligned with. You would then be assigned to your respective shop floor team; with a buddy to help you get answers to your day-to-day questions.

Candidates must have a graduating degree from an accredited university as well as up to two years of work experience to be considered for this position. The age range for this position is 18 to 35. A round of group discussions and an interview with business and HR representatives will be included in the hiring process. The IGNOU ID card and two copies of the applicant's most recent resume/CV are necessary (two copies).
After being hired, chosen candidates will undergo a rigorous training programme where they will learn counselling techniques, product expertise, communication skills, and details regarding internal technical systems. Candidates must successfully complete the New Hire Classroom Course and Nest OJT phases of this training. The organisation may elect to redeploy candidates who fail this training or to take action in accordance with HR policy.
