IIIT Hyderabad SPEC 2023 Application Open; Apply Till March 31

New Delhi: IIIT Hyderabad has released application forms for admission to its B.Tech programs through SPEC mode. The last date to apply for IIIT Hyderabad SPEC 2023 is March 31, 2023. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website of the institute – iiit.ac.in. 

IIIT Hyderabad offers B.Tech in two specializations though SPEC mode namely Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communications Engineering (EC). It is offered for a duration of 4 years.

IIIT Hyderabad SPEC 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To get admission to B.Tech courses through SPEC mode candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Candidates must have finished 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as primary subjects in one of the following patterns:

• Have passed the CBSE UDAAN program OR have spent at least two years in a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) (11th and 12th).
• After completing 10th standard, the candidate must be enrolled in an integrated 12th + B.Tech program.

IIIT Hyderabad SPEC 2023: Selection Criteria

IIIT Hyderaabad accepts admission to its B.Tech courses through SPEC mode based on the entrance exam.

• The selection procedure for candidates applying via the SPEC mode will be based on their performance in the institute's written examination and in-person interview.
• A subject proficiency test that lasts 60 minutes is part of the IIIT Hyderabad admission test.

Candidates who are interested in applying to the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad should follow the procedures listed below:

Step 1: Visit the Institute's official website i.e., iiit.ac.in.

Step 2: Choose the B.Tech course you want to apply for by clicking it.

Step 3: Complete the application form by following all of the instructions carefully.

Step 4: Upload the necessary scanned documents using the form.

Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 600/-.

Step 6: Send the application form and save a copy for your records.
