New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode with Times Professional Learning, under its brand The Second Wind, has launched its inaugural batch of LEAP- a strategic Management Programme for Senior Professional.
IIM Kozhikode has designed the 12-month curriculum for LEAP to meet the changing needs of senior executives in a variety of industries. This programme is meant to prepare management professionals who can understand their firms' future priorities in an increasingly complicated business environment.

It aims to produce bright business leaders who can draw out strategies to help deal with tomorrow's issues. LEAP teaches advanced concepts and skills in subjects such as strategic thinking, responsible leadership, technology adoption, and overall business knowledge. concepts and talents through disciplines such as strategic management.
