New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the IIM Kozhikode has successfully concluded the placement drive for 2023 cohort of its Postgraduate Program In Business Leadership (PGP BL) with a 100% placement record.
For this year, the median package offered to students of IIM Kozhikode was INR 25 LPA, whereas the average salary package stood at INR 29.23 LPA. The drive saw participation from 50 recruiters, who made 66 offers (including 4 international offers) to 58 students.
Following the IIM Kozhikode Placement 2023 Data, the highest package for this session was recorded at INR 43.9 LPA. The class included students with backgrounds in Manufacturing, Technology, Automotive, Retail, Finance, Healthcare, Public Sector and Family Businesses.

Talking about the placement session, Debashis Chatterjee, Director of IIM Kozhikode, expressed his congratulations to the placement team by saying: "The accomplishment of the recruitment phase speaks highly of the competence of this innovative one-year MBA.”
He continued, “this broad selection has repeatedly shown that IIM Kozhikode's goal of developing experienced young professionals into future business leaders is based on solid academic and business principles."
During the IIM Kozhikode PGP Placement 2023 Drive, 50% of the offers were from the Consulting Sector, while 15% each came from General Management, Sales and Marketing, and Product Management Sectors.
Some of the top recruiters who joined the drive are HSBC, Ernst & Young, Publicis Sapient, IBM Consulting, Cognizant, JSL, Standard Chartered, Axis Bank, Infosys Consulting, TheMathCompany, Merilytics, Quantiphi, Mphasis, Reliance Jio, Hexaware, etc.
