IIT Bombay Best In Employability Whereas, IIT Delhi Ranks Second : QS Rankings


New Delhi: IIT Bombay is India's top higher education school for its excellence in employability, social concern, and environmental concern according to the rankings, which were just revealed in London.

According to the QS World University Rankings Sustainability 2023, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay is the greatest educational institution in India. According to an IANS article, in the rankings, which were recently released in London, IIT Bombay was rated as India's top higher education school for its proficiency in employability, social concern, and environment.

IIT Bombay was ranked 281-300, followed by IIT Delhi (321-340) and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in third place (361-380). In addition, IIT Bombay was named one of the world's top 100 institutes based on the employability of its graduates.

IIT Delhi was evaluated for its employability and environment, whereas Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) was scored for promoting gender equality and eliminating other inequities. 

JNU students and faculty are encouraged by the university's achievement in the rankings. Vice Chancellor of JNU, Professor Santishree D. Pandit expressed her gratitude to the university's students and faculty for "achieving the dream of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi."

IIT Kharagpur was ranked between 551 and 600 in the rankings. IIT Kharagpur has received the highest rating for its ongoing and consistent research activities. IIT Kharagpur has undertaken numerous special projects to promote lifestyle and health, which have received worldwide acclaim. IIT Roorkee was also ranked between 451 and 500 in the ranking.
