New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has introduced a brand-new certification programme for advanced digital supply chain management. E & ICT Academy IIT Guwahati and Imarticus Learning, India's top professional education provider, together inaugurated the new programme.

According to IIT Guwahati, the goal of this six-month programme is to improve the employability of graduates and diploma holders in the field of Digital Supply Chain Management by teaching them new skills, providing them with exposure to technology and analytics.

Digital supply chain management was described as "the new version of supply chain management that arises from integrating technology into the system", in the IIT Guwahati statement.

Furthermore, " Implementing strategies and receiving training in digital tools and technology are necessary in this rapidly expanding area. Professionals must have the requisite knowledge and expertise."

IIT Guwahati's campus immersion sessions and live online classes are part of the most recent curriculum, according to the institute.
