New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur has recently launched five new EMasters degree programs in the field of economics, fintech and business analytics. Admission to these courses will be open for non-GATE qualified candidates and working professionals.
As per IIT Kanpur, interested candidates who wish to apply for admission to newly launched eMasters courses can submit the online application form through the official website at emasters.iitk.ac.in. The last date to register for admissions is December 04, 2022.
Informing about the IIT Kanpur eMasters program, the officials stated that the classes for all registered and eligible candidates will start in January 2023. The courses will be offered by the Department of Economic Sciences, IIT Kanpur in an online mode
After the IIT Kanpur admission process, the institute will conduct the classes on Weekends. Participants will take classes through interactive classes and a self-paced learning process, which will include a total of 60-credit and 12-module.
The syllabus of these courses will cover industry-focused real-world curriculums taught by world-class faculty and researchers from IIT Kanpur. Under this program, students will have the opportunity to get access to the IIT Kanpur placement cell and alumni network.
The eMasters program in economics and finance in business will cover financial concepts, economic tools, and pricing mechanisms. While the economics, finance and data analytics course will include concepts of economics, finance and exposure to quantitative economics and data analysis.
In addition to this, the eMaster's program in economics, Finance, and Public Policy discipline will help professionals build relevant knowledge which will further upgrade their capabilities integral to the dynamic policy planning and implementation process.
