New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has joined hands with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur to build an ERP support system.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed in this regard between Director Ram Kumar Kakani of IIM Raipur and Director Virendra Kumar Tiwari of IIT Kharagpur.
According to the statement from IIM Raipur, IIT Kharagpur will install its powerful ERP software in the server of IIM Raipur.
The installation of the ERP System will help IIM Raipur better manage its day-to-day activities pertaining to academics, accounts, establishment and purchases.
IIM Raipur to Receive Customised ERP Software from IIT KGP
It will also support the institute in formulating crucial policy choices. The ERP system will be installed, supported, and customised for IIM Raipur by IIT Kharagpur. The MoU would also promote technical education at all levels, which will quicken IIM Raipur's development.
IIT Kharagpur's cutting-edge technical capabilities will help IIM Raipur in overcoming the difficulties faced by national institutions. The MoU will also open the door for a long-term partnership that will benefit both universities, the institute said.
